1 diced small green apple
1 chopped stick celery
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup finely diced cranberries
1 pound ground turkey breast
1 tsp sage
1 tsp thyme
salt and pepper to taste
Mix all of the ingredients into a large bowl. Form the meat mixture into 5-6 hamburger patties using a hamburger press. Grill the burgers on a grill. Serve on a 100 % whole wheat bun or english muffin with lettuce and tomato. Enjoy!
