Chicken and Veggie Pizza
 
1 whole wheat boboli crust
8 oz. low sodium tomato paste
2 cups chopped cooked chicken breast
4 oz stewed tomatoes
4 oz artichoke hearts
1 cup fresh spinach
1/4 cup reduced fat feta cheese
1/2 cup reduced fat mozzarella cheese
 
Preheat oven to 400^ F.  Spread tomato sauce onto pizza crust.  After chicken is browned, cut into 1 inch pieces and place on top of sauce.  Sprinkle mozzarella over top and add stewed tomatoes, artichoke hearts, spinach, and feta cheese.  Cook for 20-25 minutes.  Enjoy!
