Parmesan Asparagus and Cherry Tomatoes
 
1 olive oil mister
1 bunch of asparagus
1 cup sliced cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup fresh parmesan
1 tsp lite salt
1 tsp ground pepper
1 tsp Thyme
 
Heat the oven to 400 F.  Wash and slice the tomatoes.  Wash and break the asparagus.  Spray a cookie sheet with your olive oil mister.  Lay the asparagus flat onto cookie sheet and spray again with the olive oil.  Lay the tomatoes on top of the asparagus and sprinkle with the salt, pepper, and thyme.  Bake for 8-10 minutes.  Turn the oven to broil 500 F and then sprinkle with the fresh parmesan.  Broil with the oven open for 2-3 minutes or until the cheese is browned and melted.  Enjoy with grilled lemon pepper chicken.
