1 morningstar sausage patty
8 oz low sodium tomato juice
OR
2 kashi honey oat waffles
1 Tbsp walnuts or pecans (broken into pieces)
1/2 small banana
4-5 dark chocolate chips on top
1/8 cup sugar free syrup (Smuckers brand tastes the best)
